Policies & Considerations 

To maintain the highest level of service for all clients: 

• Cancellation notice required by 12:00 PM the day prior (50% service fee if appointment cannot be filled).
• All dogs must be current on vaccinations. Records required prior to first appointment.
• Dogs with fleas will not be groomed. A minimum $50 treatment fee applies if fleas are present at arrival.
• Extensive matting may result in additional charges.
• Please plan to pick your pup up 2-hours after the start of the appointment unless otherwise communicated.  
• Prompt pick-up is required within 15 minutes of completion ($15 per half hour thereafter) unless otherwise communicated.
